Terms of use
Stillflame is run by its developer. Contact: support@stillflame.app. Last updated: 9 November 2026.
Using Stillflame
- You can use the app if you are at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for what you write. Share your own story in your own words and follow the community guidelines shown in the app (Settings): no ads, links or long copied texts, no hate or harassment, and never other people's private details.
- We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules, and block people who keep breaking them. We act on reports as quickly as we can and aim to review each within 24 hours.
Your content
You keep your content. By sending a request you allow us to show it to people who use the app in the same language, until you delete it. You can edit it a few times and delete it at any time. Deleting your data in Settings removes everything.
What the app is not
- It is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number. The app shows a link to find a helpline when a request suggests someone may be at risk, but nobody monitors requests in real time.
- It is not medical, legal or professional advice. A prayer is not a treatment.
- We do not promise that anyone will pray for a request, or when.
Our responsibility
The app is provided as it is, free of charge, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using the app or from what other people write in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for death or personal injury, or for fraud, and nothing takes away the rights you have as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We can suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Romania, without taking away any right you have to go to the courts of the country where you live as a consumer.
